Our expertise is in providing operating lease & rental finance solutions to diverse market segments. Our Vision

At TL Rentals we make an effort to asses every application as unique, often larger mainstream lenders have rigid policies in place that don’t allow adaptability to these unique situations. The countless years of experience within TLR mean we know when and how to be flexible and adapt to every situation. We are small enough to be nimble and understand what it really takes to run a business but large enough to compete at the “big end of town” with pricing and transaction size. Meet the Team

George Matis

Director/Business Development Manager

A founding director of the business and holding a bachelor of commerce from UNSW. George draws on over 20 years experience in marketing, sales, finance and management to provide the highest level of service.
He plays tennis to keep fit and has a love for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, but no more than he loves to spend time with his family.

Danny Tuttlebee

Snr Business Development Manager

Danny has spent over 16 years in commercial finance, with experience in areas such as business banking through to asset finance broking.
He uses this broad perspective, a solid network and his ability to listen and work with people to provide his clients with what they want.
Danny loves spending time with his young family doing anything active in the outdoors.

Luke Fisher

Business Development Manager

Luke has over 5 years’ experience in the finance industry through a variety of roles. Known for his hard work and dedication to his career Luke is always putting his clients first and delivering the type of service they need. Luke is currently studying his MBA at Deakin University and in his spare time he enjoys playing Ice Hockey and spending time with his young family.


Simon Lumley

Business Development Manager

With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance and leasing market, Simon’s professional and strategic business development skills have delivered a consistent track record of revenue growth within large finance corporations. When not engaged in the finance world, he spends time with family as well as relaxing with smooth servings of jazz, funk and good wine.





Craig Kirby

Senior Business Development Manager

Having just celebrated his 2 year anniversary at TL Rentals, Craig has integrated well into the team and continues to contribute generously to the TL Rentals yearly sales targets. Having started his professional life as an accountant, Craig eventually migrated to marketing and online lead generation. Having experience in industries such as software, entertainment, IT and telecommunications has given him a keen insight into what drives both markets and people. Craig loves playing guitar, riding his motorbike and racing go karts.





Alana Jepsen

Account Manager

Alana joined the “family” back in 2009 as part of the Hal Group. She has gained experience across different parts of the business, working in support roles for Hal Data Services and Leading Edge Group. She has been an integral member of the TL Rentals team for the last two and a half years where she has supported four of our BDM’s along with our network of brokers. Alana spends most of her spare time in her front yard, Narrabeen Beach, or enjoying anything food related with her close friends and family.



Sue Mc Glinchey

Sales Support Coordinator

Sue is our “Lucky Charm”. Born and bred in Donegal, Ireland, she decided three years ago that Australia was the place to be.
Sue has over 5 years’ experience within the finance industry. This experience stretches across Mortgage Settlements, Retail Banking and Sales. She uses this experience to make sure internal and external stakeholders receive the best service. In her spare time, Sue loves to ride horses and spend time with family.
